Technical Trainer

Role Overview
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technicaltraining sessions, mentoring learners,and helping them build strong foundations in programming, Data Structures, Algorithms,and Web Development.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions inprogramming and web technologies
• Teach Data Structures and Algorithms withproblem-solving approaches
• Provide hands-on coding practice and projectguidance
• Train learners in full-stack development toolsand frameworks
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and mockinterviews
• Mentor students for placement readiness andcareer development

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: C, C++, Java, Python
• Concepts: Data Structures, Algorithms, ProblemSolving
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Bootstrap, React.js
• Library/Framework: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MySQL, MongoDB

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering graduates preferred (BE/BTech/MCA orrelated field)
• 1.5+ years of experience in training, mentoring,or software development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and guiding learners.
