Role Description The Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the trainer delivers high-quality technical training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps to students preparing for placements in the tech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training curricula, preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom sessions, and monitoring learner progress through assessments and feedback. The trainer collaborates with other trainers and program managers to align course content with current industry standards and placement requirements. The role also involves mentoring students, clarifying technical concepts, supporting doubt resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of FACE Prep's learning programs.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core technical areas such as programming (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), data structures, algorithms, databases, and software development practices.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, or bootcamps, with skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and classroom facilitation.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner to learners with varied proficiency levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric approach and strong mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with placement preparation topics such as coding interviews, aptitude, and technical test formats used by leading tech employers.
• Comfort using digital tools and learning platforms for content delivery, assessments, and learner progress tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced certifications or teaching credentials are an advantage.
• Prior experience in technical training, edtech, or campus placement coaching is preferred, along with a demonstrated passion for helping learners succeed in tech careers.
