About this role
We are looking for skilled technical trainer in various technical fields including AI ML, Python, Java Full stack and other areas.
- Deliver live offline training sessions on:
- Key Technical areas
- Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents)
- Java Full Stack
- Python
- Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, Model Evaluation)
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, demos, and case studies
Curriculum & Content Support
- Follow and enhance the existing AI curriculum
- Update examples and labs based on latest AI trends and tools
- Support creation of assignments, projects, and assessments
Mentorship & Learner Support
- Guide students through real-world projects and capstone work
- Answer technical questions and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor learners on career paths, portfolios, and AI roles
Evaluation & Quality
- Review assignments, quizzes, and project submissions
- Track learner progress and suggest improvements
- Maintain high training quality and learner engagement
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Java/ Python / AI / ML / Data Science (industry or research)
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a strong plus
