Job Summary Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs focused on quality, after-sales service, and warehouse processes.
• Manage and coordinate training rollout across all cities for helpers, drivers, executives, and managers using classroom sessions, online videos, and handbook-based learning.
• Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); manage feedback and escalation loops and implement targeted retraining where necessary.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the appliance category and contribute to technical content development.
• Design and implement quality control procedures, policies, and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and mentoring to ensure staff have the required knowledge and skills for quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Observe and audit warehouse operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operations and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain and update training materials and documentation to reflect procedural and policy changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality control issues.
• Track, measure, and analyze training effectiveness using metrics; iterate and improve programs based on results.
• Support continuous improvement through technology adoption and implementation of industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for training, audits, and quality control activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations and quality management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years of after-sales service experience.
• Proven expertise in training program development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and quality control procedures.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite tools.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.
• Technical background in appliance after-sales services which could contribute to content development.
