Description
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support – Voice & Chat professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support through voice and chat channels, assisting customers with technical issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via voice and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting steps.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with common software applications and operating systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.
- Experience with customer service or technical support roles is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience is mandatory.
- Salary: 30 CTC / 26K in hand
- Location: Manyata Tech Park
- Excellent communication skills required.
