About the role
Be the first point of contact for hospitals using HPA, our compliance and operations product for healthcare providers. You will troubleshoot issues reported by hospital staff, walk users through workflows, log and escalate bugs to engineering, and help keep our documentation useful and current. Healthcare customers cant afford downtime, so clear communication and fast follow-through matter here.
What were looking for
- 1+ year in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing troubleshooting
- Clear, patient written and verbal communication
- Comfortable learning a complex product and explaining it simply to non-technical users
- Basic understanding of how web applications work (logins, browser issues, common error types)
- Interest in or familiarity with healthcare/hospital operations is a plus
