Technical Support & Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our growing technology team. This role combines
Application Support and
Manual Quality Assurance (QA) . Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to troubleshooting application issues and supporting business users, while the remaining time will focus on testing new features, validating releases, and ensuring our applications perform reliably before deployment. You will work closely with developers and business users, playing a key role in maintaining application quality and delivering an exceptional user experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, has strong analytical skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. ⚠️ Remote Work & Shift Requirements This is a
fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in India. This role follows
Toronto business hours (EST/EDT) , which typically correspond to: 🕖
7:00 PM / 8:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM / 5:00 AM IST (Depending on Daylight Saving Time.) Applicants must have:

- Willingness to work permanent night shifts 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support
- Provide first-level technical support for internal business applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Reproduce reported issues and identify root causes.
- Read and understand JavaScript/TypeScript code to trace application issues.
- Resolve minor issues independently whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to developers with detailed documentation.
- Assist users with login issues, forms, permissions, notifications, and application-related requests.
- Maintain technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge base articles. Quality Assurance (Manual Testing)
- Perform manual functional, smoke, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Test new features before production releases.
- Verify application functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Create detailed bug reports for developers.
- Retest resolved defects and validate bug fixes.
- Maintain test cases, release checklists, and testing documentation.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment. ✅ Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Manual QA, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of modern web applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience using Browser Developer Tools (Console & Network tabs).
- Ability to read JavaScript or TypeScript code.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working Toronto (EST/EDT) business hours. Nice to Have
- Experience with React or Next.js.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience using Jira, Linear, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing systems.
- Basic Git knowledge.
