We'rebuilding the next generation of hosting infrastructure for AI-driven, agentic applications, and this role sits at the front line of that evolution.As a T4 Support Engineer focused on Agentic Hosting, you will handle the most complex technical issues, enablecutting-edgeuse cases, and help shape how we support modern development frameworks and AI-powered workloads.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

• Own and resolve the most complex technical escalations across VPS, Dedicated, and advanced hosting environments,end-to-end.

• Support modern development stacks including Node.js, Next.js, and containerized applications across diverse customer environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, networking, and system-level issues onAlmaLinuxand related platforms.

• Partner directly with Product and Engineering on emerging platforms - N8N, Hermes, OpenClaw, and agentic tooling - shaping how we support the future of hosting.

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for T3 teams and actively mentor support engineers on advanced troubleshooting.

• Identifypatterns across customer issues and drive systemic fixes or product improvements - not just one-off resolutions.

• Build and contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for next-generation hosting support.

• Work on problems thatdon'thave playbooks yet.You'llwrite them.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

• Deep experience in Linux system administration (AlmaLinux, CentOS, or similar)

• Strong understanding of web hosting infrastructure (DNS, networking, security, performance tuning)

• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (Node.js, Next.js) and developer workflows

• Familiarity with containers, APIs, and AI-driven or automated application patterns is a strong plus

• Clear, confident communication,you can translate complex technical issues for engineers, product managers, and customers alike.
