Technical support interns

Responsibilities

• Technical Support Product Consultation: Explain technical details and applications of products to customers, support solution evaluations, and assist in pitching for future sales.
• Application Study Product Analysis: Study applications of new products and brands, compare customer products with Multidimensions' offerings, and identify equivalents using drawings and technical datasheets.
• CAD Technical Documentation: Prepare CAD drawings and technical documentation as required, and analyze basic product characteristics to support product understanding and sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with target customers through calls, social media, and other interactions to drive inquiries and future sales.
• Sales Processing RFQ Handling: Review technical details of RFQs, seek clarifications, and prepare accurate quotations for new brands and products.
• Follow-up Order Closure Support: Track pending quotations, take timely action to ensure successful closures, and coordinate with the sales team as needed.
• Purchase Order Preparation Coordination: Prepare purchase orders for store or customer requirements and support smooth processing and delivery of materials.
