Graduate Trainee SaaS Operations
Role: Customer Success / Software Implementation / Technical Support
Job Responsibilities
- Support customers with Gronivas HRMS, Payroll, CLMS and SaaS applications.
- Assist in software implementation, configuration, onboarding and customer training.
- Understand customer requirements and provide functional/technical support.
- Troubleshoot application, user-access and configuration issues.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, Implementation and Support teams.
- Maintain support tickets, documentation and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with testing, UAT and go-live activities.
Eligibility & Skills
- Fresh graduates; 2025/2026 graduates preferred.
- BCA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/databases is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in an Enterprise SaaS / HR Technology environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.Role & responsibilities
