Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management team on technical projects and initiatives.
• Work on Product Reengineering and Process Reengineering activities.
• Conduct market research and industry trend analysis.
• Coordinate and follow up with factories and internal stakeholders.
• Research, evaluate, and implement technical solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Assist in continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
