About this role
We are hiring for the position of International Voice Process Technical Support for our Pune (Aundh) location. We are looking for skilled and customer-focused candidates with relevant technical experience and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls and provide technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience is mandatory.
- Graduation is compulsory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
