Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot Tally integration, synchronization, and configuration issues.
• Reproduce technical issues and provide clear details to the development team for escalation.
• Assist customers with onboarding and product walkthroughs.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries within SLAs and maintain internal documentation/knowledge base.

Key Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of TallyPrime, including vouchers, masters, ledgers, GST, and import/export.
• Understanding of Tally integration and basic knowledge of XML, APIs, ODBC, or TDL would be a plus.
• Good troubleshooting skills for installation, configuration, sync, firewall, port, and basic networking issues.
• Basic understanding of databases/SQL and file formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and Excel.
• Basic accounting knowledge, especially vouchers, ledgers, GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati would be an added advantage.
• Experience with ticketing and remote support tools like Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer would be preferred.
