Role

We are looking for a Support Executive to help customers with product and technical issues and ensure quick resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and tickets.
• Understand and resolve customer issues.
• Guide customers on product features and usage.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
• Identify and report bugs to the technical team.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams when required.
• Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain support tickets and documentation.
• Create FAQs and knowledge-base articles.
• Learn new product features and updates.
• Handle urgent issues professionally.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Product Support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Willingness to learn new products.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Basic SQL/API knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, POS, Retail, or F&B software is an added advantage.
