Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Identify and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline Mandatory.
- 03 years of experience in Technical Support / International Voice / Customer Support preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
