Hiring for International Voice Customer Support. The role involves handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring customer retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Support (CS)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problemsolving & customerhandling skills
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
• Basic computer skills
