Position: Technical Support Executive IAM
Location: Chandigarh (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Shift Timings: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM / 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of PingID is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to PingID, user authentication, access management, and MFA.
