Technical Support Engineer | Mumbai
About ZingHR ZingHR is a leading AI-powered Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, helping organizations transform HR through innovative cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 Application & Production Support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Work with SQL for data validation and issue resolution.
- Support REST APIs, log analysis, and application monitoring.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams for issue resolution and deployments.
- Ensure SLA adherence and maintain support documentation.
Required Skills:
- 2–6 years of experience in Application/Production/Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Experience in Incident Management, RCA, and Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with APIs (Postman/Swagger) and Linux/Unix.
- Exposure to ServiceNow/Jira and monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, or Kibana.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to .NET/C#, IIS, AWS/Azure, or HRMS/SaaS applications. 📍
