Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the company's solar products and solutions to internal teams, installers, and customers.
• Conduct technical training programs for installation teams, service technicians, dealers, and channel partners on product installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Inspect and verify the quality of products, assemblies, and materials before dispatch to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Develop and maintain installation manuals, technical guides, SOPs, checklists, and other product documentation.
• Assist the Sales and Inside Sales teams by providing technical input during customer discussions and product presentations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
• Troubleshoot product and installation issues and provide timely technical solutions.
• Collect and analyze field feedback from installers and customers to recommend product and process improvements.
• Ensure installation practices comply with company guidelines, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Support new product launches by preparing technical documentation and conducting product training sessions.
• Maintain records of training programs, quality inspections, technical issues and corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in solar PV technology, products, and industry standards.
