Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with scripting, shell commands, and at least one programming language such as C, C++, Python.
• Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, identify issues, and escalate problems requiring code changes.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
