Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:-

• To monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.

• Assisted employees with general support for hardware, peripherals, network

connections, and external software.

• To resolve tickets representing staff - generated technical requests or problems and

troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

• To perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning and

installation of new and existing personal devices and workstations.

• Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components.

• Database Management Systems

• Responding to Technological Failures and Concerns

• Information Security Management

• Database Design and Implementation

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Excellent Knowledge of computer.

• Phone & Email in Technical Support

• Software & Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• Installing

Qualification & Experience:-

• Graduate with relevant experience of 1-2 years in Travel Background preferred.

• Bachelor of Science in Computing and Security Technology.
