Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth technical operations across international workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, software, and IT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity problems.
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to end users.
• Maintain technical documentation and incident reports.
• Coordinate with IT, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow IT security policies and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and IT service desk tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and multicultural environment.
