About this role
Hiring for both International and Domestic process (HYBRID Role)
Requirements:
Provide onsite IT support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Support Windows OS, applications, LAN/Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity issues.
Assist with IT asset setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Maintain proper documentation and escalate unresolved issues when required.
1+ year of experience in IT/Desktop/Technical Support preferred.
Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
