Role Description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers – Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Pune.

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support for our software and automation solutions, including diagnosing and resolving issues related to warehouse management, industrial automation, and connected systems. The role involves responding to customer queries, analyzing system issues, documenting problems, and coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution.

The role also includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with updates and configurations, maintaining support records, contributing to knowledge-base documentation, assisting with user training, and supporting implementation teams during deployments and post-go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software, automation, and connected systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues.
• Understand customer issues, analyze problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with development, implementation, and other internal teams for issue resolution.
• Assist with software updates, patches, installations, and configurations.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Assist in user training and customer support activities.
• Support implementation teams during deployments and post-go-live activities.
• Maintain proper records of incidents and support activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support are also encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of software, hardware, networking, and database concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, WMS, MES, IoT, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate with customers professionally and provide solution-focused support.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune and occasionally support industrial/warehouse environments.
