About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for hardware and software issues related to desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using various tools such as antivirus software, backup solutions, operating systems (Windows), Outlook configuration settings.
- Perform onsite visits for complex technical issues that require hands-on assistance with hardware installation/repair/maintenance of desktops/laptops/printers.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate critical cases to senior engineers or other departments when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system for future reference.
- Office Timings : 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Saturday and Sunday will be week off.
