Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support software implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and Linux issues.
• Analyse logs to find root causes of failures.
• Use SQL for database checks and data validation.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, HTTP errors, and integration issues.
• Work with Engineering, QA, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Support production deployments and post-deployment checks.
• Create scripts and tools to improve troubleshooting.
• Document issues, solutions, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Linux/Unix.
• Experience with REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
• Experience in production/application troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
