Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales, Customer, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support Sales with technical-commercial quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and international principals.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Support product/application selection and order handover.
• Prepare technical comparisons, presentations and reports.

Required Skills

• Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of drawings, GD&T, machine elements, machining & fabrication.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation and electrical/controls.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• CAD knowledge – SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo / Inventor – is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with a strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.
