Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical & non-technical issues through phone, tickets and chat.
  • Drive First Call Resolution (FCR) and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Document customer interactions, case updates, resolutions and escalations accurately.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles, blogs, incident notes and bug reports.
  • Identify recurring issues, trends and feature requests and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise customers and manage escalations through to closure.
