Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design uPVC windows and doors using EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, BOMs, quotations, and material calculations.
• Optimize profile and material usage to achieve cost-effective and efficient designs.
• Develop new profile and window/door system designs based on project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform structural analysis and wind load calculations as required.
• Provide technical support and product solutions to Sales teams, customers, fabricators, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Fabrication, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct technical training, product presentations, and prepare technical PPTs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bring 3-6 years of uPVC/Fenestration/Aluminium industry experience, with mandatory expertise in EVA/Window Maker, AutoCAD 2D, window designing, and cost estimation.
