Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support to our clients and ensure smooth operation of end-user IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook and basic application issues.
• Configure and support LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity.
• Install, configure and maintain systems and software.
• Handle user onboarding, system setup and IT asset support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and onsite.
• Maintain support tickets, documentation and update clients regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and desktop troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and routers.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to diagnose issues independently and provide timely resolution.

Experience: 1 - 5 Years
