Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits to inspect supplied products and related equipment.

• Share reports with OEMs for onward submission to end clients.
• Assist customers in the erection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of chemicals, plants, and machinery.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned as part of the role.
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and technical support.
• Basic understanding of industrial chemicals, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Chemistry
• M.Sc. Chemistry
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
