Technical Support Engineer L 1.5

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or other teams when necessary.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
• Proficiency in Hindi language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
