Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs for internal use and customer reference

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of common software applications and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
