Job Description Technical Support | Server Support
Location: Pune
Fresher: 3.5 LPA - Inhand 20k
Experienced: - 30% hike on last CTC max rang 5.39 lpa
Shift: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts
Week Off: Rotational week off
Cab Facility: 1-Way Cab available during night shifts

Profile Summary / Troubleshooting Role
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing hardware and server level technical support and troubleshooting customer issues. The role involves identifying server hardware failures, performing basic diagnostics, and troubleshooting issues related to RAID, RAID Controllers, Virtual Drives, iDRAC, POST, Boot failures, BSOD, and PSOD.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot server hardware and component-related issues.
• Diagnose POST and Boot-related failures.
• Troubleshoot RAID configuration and RAID controller issues.
• Check and troubleshoot Virtual Drive related issues.
• Use iDRAC for remote server monitoring and hardware diagnostics.
• Identify issues related to HDD/SSD, RAM, power supply and other server components.
• Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
