*Key Responsibilities*

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via voice/Chat interactions

- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Deliver exceptional customer experience while adhering to quality standards

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets

Graduates & Undergraduates can apply

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced (1 year minimum) candidates are eligible

- Excellent English communication skills

- Good technical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

*Salary Structure*

32K CTC to 46K CTC (Depends on your English communication and Experience)

*Work Schedule & Benefits*

- 5 days working

- Rotational shifts & week offs

- 9.5 hours/day including 1 hour break

- Work From Office (WFO) only

- Partially paid cab facility available for eligible odd-hour shifts

- No leaves allowed during the first 3 months (except weekly offs)
