This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills and a good understanding of computers and technical troubleshooting. The selected candidates will interact with international customers and provide support for technical issues related to HP products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for international technical support.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for laptops, desktops, printers, hardware, and software-related issues.
• Understand customer concerns and identify the appropriate solution.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Provide first-level technical support and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Diagnose basic operating system, application, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet individual and process performance targets.
