Technical support Analyst

FX Technology Support Analyst : we are seeking a skilled FX Technology Support Analyst with a strong background in foreign exchange (FX) domain and SQL knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions for our Murex platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of FX trading systems. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Murex FX applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience. Utilize SQL to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports to support business needs. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure high availability. Assist in the implementation of new features and upgrades within the Murex platform. Document technical processes and create user guides for end-users. Participate in training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of the FX systems. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in FX technology and support. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of the FX domain, including trading processes and market dynamics. Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation. Experience with Murex or similar trading platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. Knowledge of data visualization tools. Experience in a support or development role within a financial institution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in FX technology support or a similar role. Relevant certifications in SQL or financial technology are advantageous.
