Position Details:
- Role: Executive LMS Support
- Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
- Experience: 25 years
- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Role Overview:
- Provide technical and customer support to global customers on SAP Learning platforms (Training Shop & Certification Hub)
- Handle tickets, escalations, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams
- Perform reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvements
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–5 years of experience in BPO / International Voice (Blended process)
- Technical graduate (BCA / B.Tech / B.E.)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
