Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls virtually and in-person to dig into client requirements and translate their business problems into practical, feasible cloud solutions.
• Own the Azure Pricing Calculator to build accurate, transparent infrastructure cost estimates.
• Conceptual clarity of standard Landing Zones and helping clients understand the security baseline setup.
• Structuring the service delivery side of the deal and drafting the SOWs for engineering effort required for deployments, implementations, and ongoing support services.
• Create crisp slide decks and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders. Understanding the client's architecture and plan what new use cases can be built.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in IT/cloud, with practical operational and admin experience in Azure (AWS knowledge is a fantastic bonus).
• Must hold an active AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) certification-holding both is a huge plus.
• Proven comfort with the Azure Pricing Calculator and experience contributing to Statements of Work (SoWs) or technical proposals.
• A working understanding of how tech services (implementation vs. managed services) are bundled.
• A structured thinker who listens well and communicates clearly.
