Technical Specialist

What you ll do:

• Adhere to organization processes, policies, and procedures for Service Delivery / Security Operations.
• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Identity).
• Enhance service levels to build customer trust, improve security posture achieve high CSAT.
• Perform Exchange Online and M365 Security Reviews.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 security solutions aligned to best practices.
• Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware, spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Intune, Entra ID) implementation support.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 will be preferred expected.
• Deep and validated understanding of Microsoft 365 E5.
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online:
  • Mail flow, connectors, transport rules
  • Anti-spam, anti-phishing policies
  • Safe Links, Safe Attachments
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender Security Stack:
  • Defender for Office 365
  • Threat protection (phishing, malware, spoofing)
• Strong experience in Identity Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD):
  • Conditional Access
  • MFA
  • Identity Protection (Risk-based policies)
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune):
  • Device compliance configuration policies
  • PowerShell script deployment troubleshooting
  • Windows Autopilot, Hybrid/Azure AD Join
• Good understanding of Email Authentication DNS Security:
  • SPF, DKIM, dmarc
• Strong knowledge of Security Compliance Solutions:
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Retention policies
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
