- SharePoint Online
- Administer and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, permissions, document libraries, lists, synchronization, sharing and storage.
- Manage SharePoint security and external sharing.
- Create/manage SharePoint Lists and integrate with Planner/Power Automate for task tracking and workflows.
- Support SharePoint integrations and related end-user issues.
- Microsoft Teams
- Configure and manage Teams, channels, memberships, permissions and Teams policies.
- Troubleshoot Teams application, meeting, calling and connectivity issues.
- Manage Teams applications and integrations with SharePoint, OneDrive and other M365 services.
- Support Teams governance and security requirements.
- OneDrive
- Administer and troubleshoot OneDrive access, synchronization, storage and sharing issues.
- Manage storage quotas and internal/external sharing.
- Exchange Online
- Manage user/shared mailboxes, distribution lists and mail flow rules.
- Troubleshoot Outlook and Exchange Online-related issues.
- Microsoft 365 & Compliance
- Support Exchange Online, Planner and Power Automate administration.
- Configure/manage Purview DLP, Retention, Litigation Hold, Content Search and eDiscovery .
- Perform Microsoft 365 Audit Log investigations using PowerShell.
- Incident Management & Coordination
- Provide L2 support and drive incidents to closure within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support, client technical teams and business stakeholders for critical/high-severity issues.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare SOPs, configuration/hardening documents and technical documentation.
- Generate compliance, governance, usage, security and audit reports as required.
- 5–6 years of relevant Microsoft 365 administration/L2 support experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive .
- Working knowledge of Exchange Online, Purview and PowerShell.
- Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Graduate/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Microsoft 365/SharePoint certifications are an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
