Technical Solution Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Shift Timing: Willingness to work in the US Shift (2:00 PM 10:00 PM IST) and provide support during US business hours.
• Solution Design & Consulting: Partner with account teams to design and position solutions aligned to specific customer needs and business objectives.
• Solution Portfolio: Drive positioning of NECs Biometrics, Digital ID, Data Management, Data Analytics, Corporate Performance Management, AI, and related Software & Hardware solutions against competing offerings.
• Pre-Sales & Sales: Lead solution and service sales activities, support pursuits, and convert opportunities into successful business closures.
• Account Management: Support account management activities and strengthen strategic customer relationships as required.
• Customer Engagement: Act as NECs face to the customer, engaging effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels, functions, and government organizations.
• Trusted Advisor: Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative guidance by understanding business challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Complex Problem Solving: Address complex customer challenges, take a broad perspective, challenge the status quo, and respond rapidly to escalated issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal business units and customer teams to ensure effective solution development and delivery.
• Team Mentoring: Mentor and coach new Solution Engineers (SEs), sharing expertise and best practices.
• Knowledge Development: Contribute to whitepapers, training materials, technical notes, and solution collateral to strengthen the SE sales force.
• Business Impact: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor, ensuring commitments are delivered and customer expectations are met.
