Required Skill

• Meeting clients, understanding objectives, gathering requirements, analyzing current systems.
• Recommending, designing, customizing, and implementing hardware/software solutions.
• Creating reports, documenting processes, and training client staff/users on new systems
• Providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, training users, managing projects, and documenting solutions,
• They must demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and client-relationship skills to act as a trusted technical advisor
• In-depth knowledge of the primary language, its associated frameworks, libraries, and standard development tools.
• The ability to evaluate and guide system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and efficiency within the chosen tech stack.
• Grasping complex concepts, understanding system architecture, working with APIs, databases (SQL), scripting, cloud tech.
• Expertise in build automation tools and version control systems like GIT.
• Strong understanding and application of unit testing, integration testing, and knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) principles.
• Ability to apply object-oriented design principles and various design patterns to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture.

Must Have

• Experience in one of the major language ecosystems (Java, Python, .Net , JavaScript etc.)
• Experience in the frameworks related to language ecosystem
• Experience in Integration Patterns (EIP)
• Experience in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs
• Experience in Message-Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ)
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, GIT)
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• Experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure)
