Technical site Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Technical Site Engineer in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you will take full ownership of hardware and software operations at the client site. You will ensure seamless daily functioning, manage inventory, coordinate with clients, and maintain clear communication with the Project Manager while delivering high standards of technical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee the functionality of all software applications on-site and perform regular updates and patches.
2. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of hardware components to prevent downtime.
3. Ensure all hardware is operational and performs at optimal levels daily.
4. Report any software bugs or issues to the Project Manager promptly.
5. Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets and manage procurement as needed.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding new requirements and technical issues.
7. Develop and maintain a checklist of daily tasks while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a technical management role with a focus on hardware and software.
3. Strong understanding of hardware systems, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and project managers.
6. Experience in inventory management and asset tracking.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
