About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our C-130J MRO Engineering & Planning team.

The role will provide engineering and technical support for continued airworthiness, SB/AD compliance, Engineering Orders, aircraft configuration control and reliability, while working closely with Maintenance Planning, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and OEM/regulatory stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and OEM technical communications for applicability and compliance.
• Draft and issue Engineering Orders (EOs) with appropriate technical justification and work instructions.
• Track SB/AD compliance and support timely implementation of modifications.
• Maintain aircraft configuration and modification status within ERP/configuration management systems.
• Provide technical inputs for reliability analysis, recurring defects and component performance.
• Provide engineering support to Production and Planning during maintenance execution, including technical, tooling and material clarifications.
• Maintain accurate digital engineering records and ensure complete traceability for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders on technical and reliability matters.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Avionics Engineering

Experience: 5+ years in defence aircraft MRO or OEM technical support

Candidates should have hands-on exposure to SB/AD evaluation, Engineering Orders, configuration management, reliability and aircraft technical documentation.

Experience with C-130J documentation, OEM portals, military aircraft maintenance practices and ERP/configuration management systems will be preferred.
