Job Summary

A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing field technicians, driving quality excellence, and ensuring efficient maintenance, installation, and customer service operations across all technical functions. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Terms: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of field and workshop technicians, setting performance standards and accountability frameworks.
• Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.
• Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
• Oversee all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities and equipment.
• Manage end-to-end installation of mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee mechanical installation projects from scope planning through commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
• Minimum 6 8 years of experience in maintenance, technical operations, or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Hands-on experience applying TQM and TPM methodologies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in mechanical system installation, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
