Technical Service Engineer

We are looking for experienced Technical Service Engineers / Technical Engineers / Service Engineers with a strong background in the Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, site assistance, product application guidance, and resolving technical issues at customer/project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service assistance at construction/project sites.
• Understand customer and site requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments as required.
• Provide guidance on product/application methods, installation, and usage.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues encountered at project sites.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical concerns.
• Support product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations at customer/project locations.
• Prepare site visit reports, technical reports, and documentation as required.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback from project sites.
• Ensure technical activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction / Building Materials industry.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in technical service, site engineering, technical support, or construction-related roles.
• Good understanding of construction practices, site execution, and technical applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Bangalore, Gujarat, Delhi, or Indore, based on the available position.
