Technical Scrum Master

Qualifications | Must-Have Requirements

• Agile Experience: 1-2 years of overall experience within an Agile-focused organization, including at least 1+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Methodology Mastery: Thorough, practical understanding of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, software development lifecycles, and team dynamics.
• Tooling Proficiency: Deep hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent enterprise Agile project management platforms.
• Technical & Problem-Solving Aptitude: Demonstrated background in system analysis, debugging process/technical issues, and structured problem-solving.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written documentation skills and persuasive verbal communication capable of bridging technical and non-technical
• AI & Automation Literacy: Proven experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI-enabled enterprise tools for reporting, backlog refinement, and documentation.
• Software Engineering Background: Formal education in Computer Science/Engineering or prior experience working as a software developer audiences across diverse geographical regions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Professional Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
