Description
We are seeking a Technical Sales professional to join our team in Chennai, Nandambakkam. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements and presenting suitable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively convey complex information to a non-technical audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their technical needs.
- Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Provide support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing customer concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
