• Month 1: Classroom Training by Global Experts
  Receive in-depth product training, sales techniques, and solutioning insights from experienced overseas Yale trainers.
• Months 2 & 3: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  Shadow senior sales leaders, engage with real clients, and gradually take ownership of sales opportunities under mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent ElectroMech-Yale at trade shows, corporate events, and client meetings.
• Identify and engage new prospects in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct detailed customer need analysis and recommend appropriate lift truck solutions.
• Build and demonstrate deep knowledge of Yale’s product portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date sales funnel and reports on CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and after-sales support.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
